48 Gigabit Ethernet Ports:

The switch is designed with 48 ports that are Gigabit Ethernet enabled for high-speed data transfer and enhanced efficiency of networking.

Power over Ethernet (PoE+) is enabled on all ports providing 30W power per port suitable for connecting IP telephones, wireless access devices and security cameras.

Layer 2 Switching:

In addition, the Aruba 2530 provides Layer 2 switching which is easy to set up and maintain for an enterprise network.
