The following conditions qualify for a return or refund:

Unopened / Unused Products
Items returned in original, sealed packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Defective or Faulty Products
Products that arrive with manufacturing defects, hardware faults, or are dead-on-arrival (DOA) qualify for immediate replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect product due to our error, we will arrange a free collection and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Damaged in Transit
Products visibly damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable Items

Software Licenses & Activation Keys
Once a software license or activation key has been revealed or redeemed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Opened Products (Non-Defective)
Products that have been opened, used, or installed are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.
Items Beyond 30-Day Window
Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Customer-Damaged Products
Products showing signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or tampering are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return. All returns require prior authorization — do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Receive RMA Authorization
We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Package & Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Refund or Exchange Processed
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or dispatch the replacement within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 banking days to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges on eligible items. If you received a defective unit or need a different specification, we’ll arrange a swap.

Defective Exchange
Faulty products are exchanged like-for-like at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Specification Change
If you need a different model or variant, contact us. Price differences may apply and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Jazz Cyber Shield are genuine and covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category:

Firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, WatchGuard)
1–5 year manufacturer warranty with optional support renewals. Register your product with the manufacturer directly after purchase.
Network Switches (Cisco, HPE Aruba)
Limited lifetime warranty on most enterprise switches. Includes hardware replacement and software updates.
Storage Devices (Seagate, WD)
2–5 year manufacturer warranty depending on the drive series (Exos, IronWolf, Gold, Ultrastar).
Security Cameras (Hikvision, Axis)
2–3 year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects and component failures.

Warranty claims after our 30-day return window must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We can assist with contact information and RMA guidance.

How do I start a return?
Email info@jazzcybershield.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.
Can I return a product I’ve already opened?
Opened products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective. If your product has a hardware fault or is DOA, please contact us immediately regardless of whether it has been opened.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective items or our errors, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns on eligible non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may add 3–5 additional banking days.
What if my product is damaged during return shipping?
We recommend using insured tracked shipping for all returns. Jazz Cyber Shield is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Keep your tracking number and insurance receipt.
