You can check the status of the order. The order has a total of 6 statuses, including:
- Processing – Order received and being prepared
- Confirmed – Payment verified and order confirmed
- Stocking – Items being picked from warehouse
- Shipping – Package handed to courier
- Completed – Order delivered successfully
- Canceled – Order canceled or refunded
You can find your order number in multiple ways:
- Check your order confirmation email sent to your registered email address
- Log in to your Jazz Cyber Shield account and view order history
- Contact your dedicated sales representative who assisted with the order
- Check the invoice PDF sent after order confirmation
Jazz Cyber Shield order numbers follow these formats:
Online Order #: ORD-XXXXXXXX (8 digits)
Example: ORD-12345678
Example: ORD-12345678
Invoice Number: XX-XXX-000000
Example: JC-ORD-001234
If you have an invoice number, you can use it as your order number to track the shipment.
Example: JC-ORD-001234
Do not panic if the package is not trackable right after you’ve got the order number.
Common reasons:

- Tracking number activates only after package is physically scanned by courier
- Different products require different preparation times (enterprise hardware may take 2-3 business days)
