Frequently Asked Questions

You can check the status of the order. The order has a total of 6 statuses, including:
  • Processing – Order received and being prepared
  • Confirmed – Payment verified and order confirmed
  • Stocking – Items being picked from warehouse
  • Shipping – Package handed to courier
  • Completed – Order delivered successfully
  • Canceled – Order canceled or refunded
You can also track the order location and see estimated delivery date.
You can find your order number in multiple ways:
  • Check your order confirmation email sent to your registered email address
  • Log in to your Jazz Cyber Shield account and view order history
  • Contact your dedicated sales representative who assisted with the order
  • Check the invoice PDF sent after order confirmation
Jazz Cyber Shield order numbers follow these formats:
Online Order #: ORD-XXXXXXXX (8 digits)
Example: ORD-12345678
Invoice Number: XX-XXX-000000
Example: JC-ORD-001234
If you have an invoice number, you can use it as your order number to track the shipment.
Do not panic if the package is not trackable right after you’ve got the order number.

Common reasons:
  • Tracking number activates only after package is physically scanned by courier
  • Different products require different preparation times (enterprise hardware may take 2-3 business days)
  • International orders require customs documentation processing
  • Multi-warehouse transfers may add 24-48 hours to initial scan
