I may be easily impressed because I made a big jump up from a $100 projector to this. That said, the picture quality is fantastic. The keyframe adjustment is digital so itdoes not reduce the quality, which was an issue on my last projector. The brightness auto-adjusts so we turn the light on so the picture is still clear. I repeat, this can be used with the lights on. Audio is great. If you want a full movie quality experience with perfect sound balance, definitely hook it up to some high quality speakers, but the projector speaker alone is good, loud enough to be heard throughout a 1400sqft house with the doors all open (which I don’t need it to do).
Very worth it. Had it for only a month so I can’t speak to the lasting power, but the warranty seems good and the fact that replacement bulbs are available is a plus.

I bought the BenQ TH671ST in the 2020, in the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was my attempt at restoring some sense of control and normality to my family. It was, and remains the best purchase I made during that time period. This projector is a workhorse and continues to provide a great entertainment experience for me and my family.
Video: Video is amazing. Movies, Series, and Games all look great on it. I’m very happy with the quality of the image and it’s brightness. Menu has variety of options for color, brightness, and positioning that should help you get the perfect image you want for your setup.
Audio: The onboard audio is impressive, I have a smaller living room so it fills it up nicety. I have opted to stick with the onboard audio as I never have to push it beyond 40-60% max volume.
Durability: I’ve had this projector since 2020, about 4 years now and nothing has had to be replaced or fixed. I do occasional cleaning/dusting, but that’s it. The lamp has stayed strong and bright. I’m able to watch movies during the day, with lights on, or at night. It always looks great, regardless.
Overall: This is an amazing projector to upgrade your movie/gaming experience. I highly recommend it. I have a lot of faith in BenQ after this projector. In the future, I’ll be looking at this brand when I eventually upgrade to 4K projection.
